Placing an order

Divadend sells shoes via online flash sales event that typically last one week.  Inventory is limited so we encourage you to place your order as soon as a sales event opens. 

The best ways to receive notification of upcoming sales events are by joining our email list or following us on Facebook or Instagram.    

If you’re browsing the shoes when we’re not holding a sales event, we encourage you to still select your desired style, size and color and enter your email address. You will not be obligated to purchase but providing that information will greatly help us gauge how often to run sales events and which styles and colors to offer. We will then email you during the next sales event to see if you would like to reserve any shoes at that time.  

Shipping and Returns

We want your experience shopping at Divadend Footwear to be risk-free. 

Shipping and returns are always free. We ship anywhere in the continental US via USPS.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To process your return, please print a postage-paid shipping label and follow the return shipping instructions to ship the shoes via USPS. 

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise we will refund your credit card.  If we have remaining inventory, we may be able to exchange your shoes for another size or style if you so choose.  Please email any exchange requests to service@divadend.com.
