How do I know what size to order?
For the Greenway pumps, if you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the size you typically order in a dress shoe (as opposed to a sandal, boot or athletic shoe). This is usually the smaller of the two sizes you typically wear.
For the Downtown Crossing and Magnificent Mile, you may want to order the larger of the two sizes you typically wear especially if you intend to wear with socks.
Are Divadend shoes weather resistant?
Yes! The suede on all of our shoes is weather resistant for durability and comfort.
Where can I buy Divadend Footwear?
Our shoes are available exclusively through Divadend Footwear. Occasionally, Divadend shoes will be available at pop-up locations. Please join our mailing list to find out when and where our shoes will be available.
Will Divadend be offering more styles and colors?

How soon will I receive my shoes?
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.
How do I track my order?
We will email you when your order has been shipped from our US warehouse.
What is the return policy?
We want your purchase to be risk free. Shipping for orders and returns is complimentary. You may return shoes in the condition in which they were received within 30 days of receipt. Please try on the shoes indoors to minimize wear. To start the return process, please request a return label.
How do I care for my shoes?
We recommend cleaning with a soft damp cloth, using a suede brush to bring out the natural oils and occasionally spraying with a weather proofing spray and
What do I do with the spare heel caps?
Some shoe style include a spare set of heel caps (also known as top lifts). If over time the sole of the heel becomes worn down, you may use a pliers to remove the heel caps and insert the new ones. Alternatively, you may ask a local cobbler to make the replacement.
